Shipping Information

✔︎ Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

If you've ordered multiple items, they may ship from different locations depending on stock availability. This helps us get your full order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Your order will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. And guess what? Shipping is free on all orders over $50!

We mostly use Ninja Van for shipments within Singapore.

Please note: If your item is a pre-order (noted on the product page), the delivery will happen within the listed timeframe once your item ships.

Returns Policy

✔︎ We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Not all items are eligible for return, but if they’re excluded, we’ll let you know on the product page or at checkout.

To be eligible for a return:

The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from when your order was delivered.

The item(s) must not be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” unless faulty.

The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, swing tags, and any specialty boxes/ribbons included.

You’ll need to send us a photo of the item(s) before shipping them back so we can assess their condition.

Drop Off Locations:
For your convenience, returns are free if you drop your items off at one of our drop-off locations.

Pick Up Service:
If you'd prefer a pick-up, a pick-up fee fee will apply.

Please note: If you return an item from a bundle, the price for the remaining items will adjust to the current sale price. For example, if you bought a bundle for S$110 and return one item, the new sale price for the remaining item(s) will be applied, and you’ll receive a refund for the difference.

Example:

Purchased a Mysleeptee Twin Pack for S$110

Returned one item, current sale price = S$65

Refund: S$110 - S$65 = S$45

Refund/Store Credit:

All approved refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase. Store credit does not expire and will be available in your account once the return is processed.

Important:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, so if you’ve paid for shipping, that amount won’t be refunded.
